Over the past 7 years, I've held roles as a Data Manager, Data Analyst, and Project Manager, working with major organizations such as Airbus, Alliance Healthcare France, Orano, and Veolia. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.

Throughout my career, I've encountered recurring challenges: organizations struggle to align their IT and data strategies with tangible business outcomes, and technical teams often feel like they're being treated as support functions instead of strategic drivers of change.
